Marksman

Experts in ranged combat, Marksmen snipe and disable their enemies from afar with a variety of bows and guns. Their skills allow them to deal massive amounts of critical damage while using crowd control abilities to slow the onslaught of marauding forces. Marksmen are indispensable for encounters with large groups of monsters which would normally overrun the party.

The traditional weapons for the Marksman are:

  • Assault Rifle
  • Shotgun
  • Sniper Rifle
  • Automatic Rifle
  • Bow
  • Crossbow

Special and heavy attacks for this class are mostly single target and damage centric, with potential for crowd control.

Warrior

Using brute force and rage as their main weapons, Warriors are the tanks of Otherland. They are able to absorb more damage than any other class while using skills to attract even the fiercest monster's attention. They are an invaluable part of the survival of any adventuring team.

The traditional weapons of the Warrior are:

  • Two-Handed Polearm
  • Two-Handed Axe
  • Two-Handed Club
  • Two-Handed Mace
  • Two-Handed Sword

Special and heavy attacks tend to be area of effect oriented with a lot of damage piled on top for maximum devastation.

Warrior

Assassin

There is no faster or sneakier class than the Assassin. With stealth and teleport abilities allowing them to surprise any enemy, they are the ultimate damage dealers of Otherland. Assassins shred apart opponents with no regard for their own well being. They continuously walk a fine line between damage dealt and damage suffered.

The traditional weapons for the Assassin are:

  • Quarter Staff
  • One-Handed Sword
  • Daggers

Their heavy and special attacks are designed to cause devastation to single opponents.

Assassin

Energizer

In a world made of energy, no one is more at home than the Energizer. Their mastery over the Otherland powergrid gives them the uncanny ability to deal damage, or distribute it as health to their allies. Energizers must balance their damage dealing and healing in order to be at the top of their games in group battles. Uniquely able to pre-select targets before a battle starts, they play with the energies of Otherland and its simulations. They are mid-range fighters, staying just outside the ring of battle to obtain a strategic overview of where they are needed at any given moment.

The traditional weapons for the Energizer are:

  • Beam Gun
  • Pulse Gun
  • Launcher

Their heavy and special attacks are geared toward disabling opponents and redistributing energy to his allies.
